Pirated DLC for the Steam version (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Will it be possible to put pirated versions of the future two big DLCs on the Steam version? (not banned on steam?)

Pirates will not go for licenses. if you want to pass for free, you will have to download the repack with them

Yes, I wrote above in the comments that I deleted, allegedly not to breed sra *.
I'll tell you more, I put the DLC on the online game - Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Phantoms.
There was no VAC ban, but the DLCs are open, which are available at http://store.steampowered.com/dlc/272350/
I opened the DLC, through the program, these are all the DLCs, which are from 500 to 2k, all of them are open to me;)
