Will there be an upgrade from DX11 to DX12? (Assassin's Creed: Unity)

Have there been any statements from Ubisoft regarding the transition of the game to DirectX 12?

And I thought AC: Syndicate with Windows 10 and, just, DirectX 12 is enough.

If AC: Unity is transferred to directx 12, maybe at least 30 fps will be on top computers.
