Games won't launch

I installed AC IV and sc: blacklist, but none of these games starts (they work on the laptop). I start the game and nothing happens, but the game appears in the manager for a few seconds. I installed all the firewood, disabled the antivirus, added it to the exceptions. Before I cleaned my computer with this, maybe I deleted something necessary .... help
