Watched this. I didn’t attach much importance, I didn’t smoke.
Probably this is a client error (like a disconnection: you walk, wander, the environment does not react to you), something like that.

noobs! this is a special Blizz script that gives a player who has almost-almost gained lvl +100000 ES. thus the player can run with 1 hp without dying. however, on pg, firk wrote a special anti-script, which then eats up the player% of the exp, as if he had rushed. :WITH
There is also a similar bug, which, perhaps, not only everyone knows about, related to the inferno/arctic blast and leap custom barb. Here the mobs are already aggroing, but they cannot kill to the end:
