Problem with achievements in FNV (Fallout: New Vegas)

Hello! While playing Fallout, I began to notice that Achievements do not open for me (That is, I reached level 30, but there is no achievement about this) What should I do? Dig in the game folder? Delete and Reload? Or delete saves?

Achievements don't work due to cheat codes. Start a new game and do not use the console - you will have achievements

Download the Steam Achievement Manager and add the achievement manually. There, in general, in 1 minute you can open (or remove) all achievements, but I donâ€™t advise you to do this, because. they can ban (well, they say so, I didnâ€™t personally check it).
