Problems with Russian voice acting (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

After I got to Kaer Morhen, the voice acting in the story missions disappeared. The characters just stand and their lips don't move. GoG release. How can the problem be solved? In additional tasks, everything works fine.

restart the game? I had a similar problem when I switched from speakers to headphones, there is no sound in some screen savers, now I concluded that I need to switch to headphones before I enter the game or just restart.
