Rollback from v1.10 to v1.3, how? (Far Cry 4)

Accidentally deleted Far Cry 4 v1.3, downloaded a new repack with version v1.10: fps fell twice, it was 30, now 9-10, How to return to v1.3 now ?? How to install v1.3 if I already have v1.10 installed
