Green Tint (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas)

For 7-6 years of my game, this has never happened, now GTA is needed to view mods, look for errors, etc.
But for some reason, GTA is no longer GTA. Some kind of green, green dust, water, and everything else.
I tried to install mods, climbed in all the files, I didnâ€™t find anything. What should I do? How to remove green shades?

So this is 16 bits in the resolution (or whatever I donâ€™t remember already), but it should be 32.
