Maybe you're right, I haven't read the book.

It was a low-budget series that was then recut into a movie, with a bunch of stuff cut out. Compared to the book, too, a lot of things were cut out. But the bottom line is that the book was finished, Geralt died in it.

It's a pity, especially if there is only one book =)

ps I've already played Witcher 3 for fifty hours, it's definitely better than 1 and 2 =)

The book is not one, but the story with an ending, yes. Plus, Sapkowski writes something else, but it doesn't seem to be about Geralt.

The simplest doom, the remake was made only for the third and there is no difference in the schedule :)
