Jumps and lags (Assassin's Creed 3)

Installed and now playing Tyranny of Washington, 1 episode. On low settings and on any strong jumps, from 37 to 20 and mostly fps at 20. Radeon R9 270X, Win 8.1 x64. The computer is not bad, this game should definitely pull. GTA V pulls well
