The map turns from black to red (Europa Universalis 4)

I recently bought EU4 on Steam, after thirty minutes of playing, when approaching the map, here is such a problem:

The map turns black, then red, terribly slows down and freezes. The video card is fine.

Such glitches, this is ONLY a video card. Mnu had something similar, but only on a certain scale. And usually, when they ask for help, they indicate the model of the video card and the installed operating system at least.
