King must die (Diablo 2)

On duty, I keel the king - to open the barn, I shook the bo. I noticed that greens fall from the king a little less often than always (MF on the Persian tends to zero). Question: is there any guide on farming the king (by whom, how many ppl, what mf) - as far as I understand, everything from the Tal Rush set can fall from it (I personally dropped the tr arm in the barn).
