Where in the menu can I change the difficulty level of the game? I have this function evaporated (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Even before the battle in the "White Garden" with the griffin, he changed the difficulty of the game. There was such a slider somewhere in the settings. Then it disappeared cleanly. Maybe after a patch or an exit to the open world, it disappears? But how do I even know what difficulty level I'm playing on?
