In The Witcher 3, there are a lot of different ingredients for alchemy and finding the right one for you is not so easy. However, as we have noticed, many people ask the same question. For example - where to find a monster egg, or who has crushed monster flesh or its brain. In fact, in most cases, the answer is simple when it comes to these ingredients - just find any ingredient with the right name and parse it.
Simply put, if you need to get Pounded Monster Flesh, then all you need to do is find dust from a ghost or other monster flesh and dismantle it. The result will be the ingredient you need.
You can do the same with others. If you have a Drowned Brain, you can dismantle it into a Basic Monster Brain.
If you need a monster egg, then find a basilisk egg... and dismantle it - get a monster egg.
