Crashes when loading saves (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I really hope for your help.

Such a problem: when you try to load a save, the game immediately crashes. You can start a new game, but none of the ten saves are loaded. Didn't install or change anything. I just saved and exited, but now I can't go back.

PS: all quests in Velen (at lvl 17) are completed, in Novigrad it's the same, I already swam on Skellige; The last save was made in Novigrad after the quest to catch the maniac.

If you have a license, then it seems to me that the game has been updated to a new version. They seemed to say that with v1.02 and if updates are made, saves will stop working)

If anyone is interested, the problem was solved after reinstalling the drivers for the video card, DirectX, Microsoft Visual C ++ and cleaning the registry errors with CCleaner. And reboot.
