Check what version your game has - go to the directory with the game (folder with the game installed) read the text document "VERSION" if below 1.0.5.0 - you need to download a patch or update the game. as a rule - the game itself offers to update, but if this did not happen - look for patch 1.0.5.0 - by the way it is here.
