Problem with mission Rescue (save Lithariel) (Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor)

Horror! The game has already come to an end, 96% completed, and those times: the mission is not completed or is not counted as completed. So, having killed a couple of dozens of Uruks, I bring it to the marker and ... oops! the girl disappears, I am transported 100 meters away in space, and the mission task remains hanging in the upper left corner as not completed (((and I run around the map for half an hour, an hour, two, but the mission still hangs and does not count ) Maybe someone met with this problem? How to cure it? It's a shame, at the very end.;(
