Crashes when installing msiexec (Life is Strange)

I bought this game through Steam, it loaded, but during the installation it crashes when installing msiexec
Please tell me what could be the problem?

msiexec.exe is needed to install MSI packages. How does this relate to the game? most likely there is an extra. soft. Delete it from the folder and play your game. The problem is that you have a crooked system
Solution: delete/rename the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWAREMicrosoft Windows NTCurrentVersion AppCompatFlagsCustom MSIEXEC.EXE and reboot. I haven't tried. When I had such a problem, I reinstalled the axle with a new one.
