Bug with very fast character movements (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Help who knows, there is nothing in the internet about such a bug. When overloaded, after you get off your horse after a fight or you are knocked out of the saddle or after a shot from a crossbow, the character has hyper speed, he walks as if on rewind and fights 3 times faster, after loading this bug disappears, but after any fight appears again.
