Druid Grove (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

There are 2 exclamation druids in the Druid Grove. signs. One takes a quest to make his friend speak.
And the second sign hangs, but you can't interact with it.
Is it possible to take a quest from him or do I have such a bug?

You are not the only one with this bug. In theory, you need to talk to him before you talk to Gremist, but for many, even in this case, this druid freezes.
