multiplayer issues (Dragon Age: Inquisition)

Such a problem, in a collective game I join the session, there is a long download, and then a stupidly dark screen, and you can hear that the game is on, partners are talking and playing with someone. What's the problem?

Recently, often, or if itâ€™s loaded, I canâ€™t control the mouse, and the esc button is not active, there is no skill and potion panel, I press the buttons at random, now I apparently pressed the cherished fist spell and stupidly hung in place because I canâ€™t determine the location of the spell with the mouse and I canâ€™t cancel it either, my party members swear at me for nothing, but I canâ€™t do a damn thing and stand like an idiot with a proudly raised hand.
