Experience is still not given (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Witcher 3 Steam license, currently the latest version is 1.05, has already completed several quests and noticed more than once that they give five experience points (the tasks were both lower than me in level and almost equal to it).
On the game version 1.04, they gave 25 experience (screenshots below), at such a pace with the next patch, they will generally take away my level ... Does
