Quest bug: A Matter of Life and Death (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

In the quest: A matter of life and death at a masquerade, when Gerald and Triss approach Ingrid Vegelbud, nothing happens, there is no video, but the inscription "My respect" just appears when you press the E button :( I tried to load from different saves anyway probably a bug?
