Pings Asia/Europe (Call of Duty: Black Ops 4)

what is happening with the ping in this game? why DV for the ping to Asia is higher than in Europe? and it's only this game, battlefield 4, 1,and 5 ping to Asia with an acceptable delay of not more than 75 MS.
