Problem with playing Epic Games (Tom Clancy's The Division 2)

Bought from EG a year and a half ago. There were no problems. The other day I try to run it, it gives an error in the Ubisoft login window
"The Epic Games service is currently unavailable." I ask for help from those who know how to solve this problem. I reinstalled the launchers and Epikov and Yubikov, it didn’t help. Other games in EG work without problems, the same GTA 5.

says everything right, I bought division 2 in epic, activated it and installed and played through uplay, (without launching epic) I also did raindow six extraction now

No, EG is not displayed in UC either, only Steam.

So I don't have it on the UC website. There are only games purchased directly from them. I bought the game at a discount in EG.

On the screen you have a game, only inactive.
I bought from EG and the game is displayed like other Ubisoft games. The game is in the "my games" library and you can open the game page and click download.
