Crash on cut-scenes (Elden Ring)

The game crashes during the start of the boss cutscene with Rennala Full Moon. There were no such problems with Godric. And in general, there were no problems with the game up to this point. The first thing I tried to go offline. There are no changes. Firewood is in order. No other attempts were made. I decided to immediately ask the opinions of the gaming beau monde, in order to avoid useless actions. NOTE: it crashes right after the start of the cut-scene, that is, I manage to walk a couple of meters around the location. Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
