you can put everything on High, except for the shadows and the range of drawing the grass, it will not affect the FPS in any way.
low shadows can be immediately removed, because the difference is almost 0 (somewhere far, far away they are drawn at higher values).
the grass rendering range is either low or medium, depending on whether you are afraid of periodic FPS drops in loaded places (the most voracious setting)
textures can be set to extreme. 2 GB on board is enough to keep them in memory.
hbao eats 1-2 fps, but you can see it.
smoothing eats nothing at all.
