Throws out on Skellige Island (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Please note not when moving to the location, but only when approaching the destroyed forest on about. Skellige. I would not go there, but there is a plot quest Echoes of the Past with Yennefer.
License (steam), hardware with top settings, friezes, lags and bugs up to this point were not.
Please fix the topic, since this type of bug is not numerous and I have not found solutions yet.

Something tells me that this is an iron conflict.
I have two computers; on one it is excellent, on the other (weaker) there are sorties and not only on Ard Skelig.

patchnote 1.5 with a list of fixes is already known and there is not a word about such a bug :(

The problem was solved by checking the integrity of the cache in steam, 1 file was broken
