New burial ground (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

This is a quest or a bug of some kind of ghost with a pickaxe that does not talk. As you point the lamp, it stupidly waves the pickaxe.
Near the cave where a bunch of ghosts.

A ghost with a pickaxe is a hint that he is burying treasures. Like Geralt thought to dig in that place. But the fact that the icon does not turn gray - I also have this. So it's probably a bug.
