Speakers VS Headphones. Holivar of the century!

Hello. What is the best way to play games with headphones or speakers? Where are the impressions and comfort more? What are the pros and cons? Personally, I myself prefer speakers, but it annoys my home when there are roar and explosions for several hours in a row for the whole house. And in the headphones after 3-4 hours it is not comfortable to sit.
