Quest King's Gambit (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Help. After investigating when I need to go to the jarls, I have a black screen constantly loading. What should I do? Or is it a bug.

bug, try downloading an earlier download and try this if not, reinstall the game, unless of course you have off

Reinstall the game. I put it from the disk - there have never been such bugs. A couple of times long downloads, but still reloaded. In all patches.

Because of this bug, I had to go through the quest not to the end: after killing the bears in the "banquet hall", when there was a choice with whom to go (with the son of Crash or daughter - he answered that "I see you can handle it yourself" - and the quest ended)
