Trying to insert a mesh into the game (Fallout: New Vegas)

I’m trying to insert such a problem into the game, a mesh for one race, edited it in a blender, later imported it into the game using a nifscope, but in GECK and in the game, instead of a mesh, a red marker. What do I need to do to make the mesh (model) work in the game?
