How to load saves into the game in the offline version of steam? (Resident Evil: Village)

Last year I went to the Heisenberg factory, and then removed it. Now I want to continue from the same place, but the game does not see the save from the Internet. Ps I threw it into the save folder in the Steam folder, as expected. Do you have a save from the beginning of the factory, or how to solve this problem.?
