Steam DLC Unlock (Sid Meier's Civilization 6)

Please share if anyone has an archive left: Sid_Meiers_Civilization_VI_Unlocker.zip. Since the article Sid Meier's Civilization VI: DLC / DLC Unlocker (1.0.12.9) has disappeared from the site.
