Save different set, everywhere the same. Pirate game. Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 21H2. GeForce 1050 Ti video card, video driver version 511.65.

Since the drivers are not old, then most likely the problem is in the game files. the location is stupidly not loaded judging by the screen, as an option to download another repack.

Installed two repacks, same thing

Found a solution to the problem. Installed mods are to blame. Removed mods and no problem.
