Problems with save files (ps3) (Grand Theft Auto 5)

I had problems with PSN and I decided to create a new user and transfer the GTA 5 progress from the old one (to the same playstation 3). I copied the progress, uploaded it to a new user, go to GTA 5, find the function to download the game in the settings, I try to download it and writes to me "This save file was not created by you. Loading is not possible"

I found the same problem on the Internet and there is a solution, but I could not figure it out, please help.
