Completion Points (Yakuza 0)

When eating in restaurants / bars, everything eaten is marked with checkmarks in the eatery menu - but the number of completion is not counted in the Completion List (the value 0 / ** hangs), in any institution.
How to fix this bug, has anyone come across?
