Can't change club in coaching career! (FIFA 14)

I’ve been playing for Odense for 4 seasons already and I can’t go anywhere, for all sent applications for vacancies I get the same answer, they say we studied your resume and recommendations and unfortunately you don’t suit us, and this works even with the crappiest clubs.
