Jobs in the coaching career. (FIFA 14)

Hello. I'm interested in a few questions regarding coaching career vacancies. Already played 3 seasons with Odense, won the championship, the cup, reached the 1/8 in the LE, I think somewhere to go higher, but the vacancies are always the same slag, either outsiders from Norway, or Australia, or South Korea and that's all spirit. Is there even a chance to wait for an offer from at least the top 5 leagues (at least the middle leagues), and how much my performance in Europe generally affects vacancies, for some reason it seems to me that being in such a middle league as Odense, I will receive offers only from such the same as the middle peasants, but not as no higher in level.
