community creation (WWE 2K22)

Is there any way to enter the community creation? On a pirate in 2k18, there was such an opportunity, but it worked somehow every other time. And someone worked and someone didnâ€™t, or sometimes it worked at night.
Or maybe there is another option to download the fighters from the community creation and put the custom fighters somewhere in the save?
