DLC (Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous)

as I understand it, the first addition (about the robot of the aeon) begins at the end of the main campaign, and the second at its beginning. In the first one, it’s clear: the save is taken from the last location and the campaign begins, and in the second they start at the same time and how then can they be transferred to the main one?
