Problems logging into the server (Arma: Reforger)

On servers with 0 players and players on servers up to 32 comes. However, on servers with players, after 2-3 minutes of the game, it kicks. If more than 32 players try to join servers after a short attempt, this message appears. Has anyone experienced this and knows how to resolve it?
