Black screen at startup (Assassin's Creed 3)

Start the game and nothing happens. Just a black screen. No sound, no image, nothing. Config R5 2600, 1070ti, 16gb, like pull.

What's your system not configured. I have 1070, 16 GB. The game starts with half a kick (like all other games). No problem.To deal with the system.
