Won't run on Windows 10 (Total War: Shogun 2)

When you click on the shortcut, absolutely no action occurs, the game is not reflected in the processes. I googled everything about this, but did not find an answer. If someone had the same and you coped with it, please write a solution to this problem.

In the properties, try to set the compatibility option with win 7 and check the box from the name of the administrator

If it's a pirate then try another repack, if it's a license it might not be OK

If pirated, then the problem is with Windows Defender. They block the hacktul without which the game cannot be launched, put it in exceptions and allow it on the device.
