Game stopped launching (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Bought the game last year from Epic Games. It used to run without problems. Now dancing with a tambourine but without success. Tried launching from Epic and via Rockstar Games Launcher. Either way, the game won't launch. At what Rockstar Games Launcher writes that the game is running, Epic shows that it needs to be launched. Silence in the task manager. Wrote in those support for both platforms. Epic throws the blame on Rockstar. Rockstars respond with typical phrases like update your drivers, reinstall the launcher, go get some bread, etc. Has anyone had a startup problem?
PS iron did not change. Reinstalled Windows - did not help!
