Slow down games (video+audio)

Do you think it is possible to slow down the sound and video in the game at the same time?

With Cheat Engine, you can only slow down the video, but not the sound.

Many probably face a problem when the game has only subtitles and during the battle, for example, you just donâ€™t have time to read them)
It would be much more comfortable to play games with subtitles if there were such a function.

It's easier and faster to learn how to read quickly :) Only one and a half to two hundred books and you will start reading subtitles faster than they are spoken, and the problem will disappear by itself.
