Creation of a dedicated server. (V rising)

For all the guides, both domestic and foreign, I created a server.
And everything seems to be fine, but not everything is good.
By 127.0.0.1 connects when the server is active. A person can also join using the Steam P2P code directly. And in the list the server does not search by name in any.
Can anyone help with this whole thing? Thanks in advance.
