Question about GTA 5 characters online (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Weird question. But if I delete all 2 characters in GTA 5 online and create 1 new one, I want to note that I have a GTA Premium Edition, will it have an office, a bunker, etc. About the money I know that they will not give for sure. And will the money that I already had be kept?

Keep the money that is in the bank. Before deleting a character, sell all the cars and transfer the money to the bank.
Office, bunker will be free, of course the most basic versions. It doesn't matter if you're creating a character for the first time or tenth time :)
