I found this around Lakay.Zero info on the internet. There are no other trees with marks in the area. What does it mean?

there are at least 2 more such trees with
similar symbols all over the map, exactly the same as on the screen - at a ritual place (with a goat's head) in the valley. It looks like voodoo symbols
Or is it all Indian symbols (real ones) that are taken for the game to emphasize immersion, as well as the history of this land
