I can not normally make an entrance to the port. (Cities: Skylines)

Already read a couple of threads. concluded that for the normal functioning of the factories, it is desirable to make a port nearby. So I did, but an uncomfortable traffic jam appeared next to it. For some reason, many trucks want to come to this island along the Crimean Bridge to the port, so there is a traffic jam. Can you help solve the problem?
